Lake St. Charles Development is located in Riverview, Florida.  Riverview is considered to be one of the premier bedroom communities to Tampa and has seen a significant amount of new development in this area of Hillsborough County.  This location is near shopping, restaurants, and transportation like the Lee Roy Selmon Crosstown Expressway as well as both Interstates 4 and 75.  Due to these transportation arterials, this is favorite of Military personnel stationed at MacDill Air Force Base.  There is also a new 112-bed hospital scheduled to be completed in 2015.  The economic impact for this project will be enormous with new doctors and staff relocating to the area.  Lake St. Charles features amenities like a 70 acre lake, swimming pool, tennis courts, sand volley ball court, basketball court, playground, miles of trails for walking and biking, community activities and more. Although this development is located within a CDD (Community Development District), the annual CDD fee is only $1,120 and HOA (Homeowner’s Association) fee of $138 per annum.  For a video tour of the development’s amenities, please click the following video: Lake St. Charles
